SFFC is a acronym, meaning Shielded Flat Flexible Cable. Our core knowledge is in design and manufacturing of shielded flexible flat cables.

SFFC consists of 7 layers, each having its own function. The cover layers (top- and bottom coating) protect the cable from the environment.

The silver layers (in standard cable), are for EMI shielding. Printed silver is flexible material and makes a good shield.

Insulator layers separate conductors electrically from shielding layer.

We like to use copper in conductors, for performance reasons. High conductivity, good flexibility

Substrate material is PET in our standard cables, it is good material for use in temperatures (and moistures), where a human feels enjoyable. This usually means every-day electronic devices and industrial applications.

The manufacturing is hybrid manufacturing, applying both additive and reductive methods.
